Phase I - Planning

Building a successful website requires the same careful planning and dedication that is required to build a successful business. While in the planning phase, keep in mind that you want a webite that will attract, hold and serve your visitors. Most importantly, you want first time visitors to become repeat customers.

During the planning phase, we will discuss:

• Content specifications – who will be responsible for writing and editing your text copy?
• Maintenance – who will be responsible for updating your website?
• Marketing – who will submit your site to the search engines and directories?
• Completion Date – what is the timeline for the completion of your site?
• Budget – what is your budget for your project?

Using the information we discussed during your initial consultation and gathered from the Internet, InnoVative Web DeZigns will prepare a written site plan, estimate and contract. Work on your website will begin once we have received your signed contract and a deposit of 50% of the total estimate.

REMEMBER: Failure to plan and realize mistakes early can pose insurmountable problems for your website down the road.
